Enhance patient support in Ontario as a Bilingual Information and Referral Representative with Ontario Health atHome. Deliver accurate guidance in English and French to help individuals access health and community resources.
This role reports to the Manager, Patient Services and centers on providing timely and culturally responsive support to callers. You will be crucial in helping patients navigate health services while utilizing your skills in customer service and communication for patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and assess caller needs
• Provide relevant health and referral information
• Facilitate access to online self-service platforms
• Document I&R call details accurately
• Uphold confidentiality standards for all interactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus a relevant Community College qualification
• Minimum 18 months customer service experience in related fields
