Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to support our client’s operations within the oil & gas and retail sector. In this role, you will deliver best-in-class customer service and manage relationships with both existing and new wholesale customers across a national sales network.

Location: Calgary, AB

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day | 100% in-office

Job Type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, create, and respond to CRM activities related to existing accounts and new account setup, including pricing and tax exemptions
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Sales and Credit teams (Direct Sales, Retail, Wholesale Distributors, and fuel card accounts)
