Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Job Description: Monday to Saturday. 44 hours per week. PJ.

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone calls

and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.

Responsibilities:

• - Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails in both languages
