Bilingual Content Designer

We are partnering with one of Canada’s Big 5 banks to find a Bilingual UX Content Designer who thinks in systems, not just sentences. This team is driving the digital transformation of their commercial and corporate banking platforms. They do not need a marketing copywriter; they need a product thinker who can simplify high-stakes payment flows and self-serve technical guides into clean, intuitive microcopy.

You will be embedded directly in an Agile design pod, working hands‑on in Figma alongside product managers and engineers. The focus is strictly on functional UX and technical content—ensuring that information architecture makes sense and that Québécois French is treated as a primary design element, not just a downstream translation.
