Become a vital part of Procom's contracting team as a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist. Lead negotiations and enhance client relations while navigating the contract lifecycle effectively.
This role specializes in managing commercial negotiations across Consulting and Workforce, reporting to the CRO. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in MSA and SOW negotiations, ensuring smooth contract execution while maintaining deep legal knowledge. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and play a crucial role as a subject matter expert, balancing client satisfaction with Procom’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead MSA, SOW, and rate card client negotiations
• Manage end-to-end contracting from introduction to execution
• Maintain pace in the negotiation cycle to reduce delays
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks in client terms
• Build credibility with sales and legal teams for effective negotiations
