Overview

Role: Customer Service Representative – Automotive Collections

Location: Bogotá, Caracol Radio Building (Calle 67 #7-37)

Benefits

• Stability: Open-ended contract.

• Earnings: Base salary of $2.850.000 COP + up to $400.000 in commissions.
• Extra Pay: Night premiums for any time worked after 7:00 PM.

Requirements

• English Level: B2+ or C1 (High proficiency).
• Education: High School Diploma or higher.
• Experience: No prior experience is needed—we provide a 2-week training and nesting program.

Training Schedule (Week 1)

• Mon-Thu: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Nesting (Week 2)

• Same as operations (42 hours - Mon-Fri)

Operations' Schedule

• 8 am - 8 pm Mon - Fri (42 hours/week)
