Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements
+ At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
+ Yardi/CRM experience is required.
+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
