Requirements: 
Demonstrate experience using ITIL v4
Knowledge in Project Management (not necessarily PMP certified)
Usage in ITSM Tools such as: Remedy, Service Now, Zendesk, JIRA, SysAid or any other
Excellent knowledge using Microsoft Tools (Office, Project, Visio, etc.)
