Biling Analyst

The Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Professional Servicesorganization in areas such as resource scheduling, billing/invoicing, and liaisingwith internal resources and external customers.KEY DUTIES- Schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the Servicesteam.
- Manage the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for theServices organization.
- Follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid Services offerings.
- Ensure processes are adhered to including follow-up on necessary forms,terms, agreements, etc. including work orders and statement of workdocuments.
- Assist with managing Services forecasts and determining projects are on trackand accurately being reported on.May follow-up with internal resources andexternal customers as needed.
