Bids and Proposals Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Bids and Proposals analyst to join our team at Wimbourne. This is an exciting position for someone with a manufacturing background who has a track record of building and maintaining professional and industry relationships whilst having the competence and confidence to bring people from different functions of the business together to work towards a common goal and also be able to present those ideas to senior leaders of the organisation.

Our site in Wimborne - former Cobham Mission Systems, now part of the Eaton portfolio – is manufacturing air-to-air refueling systems and actuation (weapons carriage), primarily for defense markets. The site has a workforce of approximately 1,000 people. It is a state-of-the-art facility, using the most modern techniques in AI, Machine Learning, integrating testing, next generation systems.
