Translation Empire is seeking a dynamic Bid Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality, compelling bid responses and proposals to secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with business development, sales, technical, and operations teams to produce accurate and persuasive content tailored to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bid cycle from drafting to proofreading, formatting, submission, and follow-ups
• Identify and monitor tender opportunities through portals, procurement websites, and market research
• Prepare high-quality, tailored bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs
• Research eligibility criteria, client requirements, and project scopes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
