Bid & Proposal Manager

Work location : Gatineau, Quebec, or remote from Quebec or a time zone between GMT-7 and GMT+3

Contract type : Open-ended employee contract in Quebec / consulting contract outside Quebec

Status : Full-time

Work schedule : 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday for employee contracts / 220 days per year for consulting contracts

Compensation : between CAD 51,000 and CAD 58,000 gross annually for an employee contract / between USD 150 and USD 200 per day for a consulting contract

Benefits : annual bonus based on individual performance; for a salaried contract in Quebec, 50% coverage of group health insurance, contribution to a retirement savings plan, 3 days of remote work per week, and a policy allowing remote work abroad
