Own the end-to-end bid operating model so Sales and Pre-Sales leaders can execute compliant, competitive and on-time submissions at scale. The role focuses on processes, governance, tooling and enablement rather than document authorship or solution design.
Key Responsibilities Design and run the global bid lifecycle and governance model
Manage bid intake, triage and bid/no-bid processes
Stand up bid tools, templates and automation across M365
Enforce compliance, risk management and commercial approvals
Maintain proposal libraries and content lifecycle controls
Enable pricing operations aligned to ILT delivery models
Oversee submission quality and post-bid debriefs ILT-Specific Focus Instructor availability and scheduling feasibility
Modality coverage: ILT, VILT and blended delivery
Vendor authorizations and alliance rules (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, AWS)
