What The Day Will Look Like

• Demonstrate expertise in Data Analytics Tech such as Power BI, Tableau & Alteryx/SIGMA
• Perform BI administration activities related to hundreds of reporting and visualization capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of production incidents and establish countermeasures to improve BI platforms
• Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements
• Performance tuning / server management of BI Platform environment (clustering, Load balancing)
• Manage and support migration of BI Content from development to production environments
• Develop strong BI development skills, partnering with business to design Tableau/Power BI Reports/Dashboards
• Act as the core point of contact within the center for BI platform issues / recommendations / support
