The BI Analyst Team Leader will be a leader of a team of business analysts who support the business to manage, automate and streamline their data requirements and develop and present insights that drive business decision making. Whether it be understanding market behaviour, seller performance or logistics processes this role will be responsible for ensuring the data is gathered in the most efficient and effective manner using the modern data lake, automation and Business Intelligence tools and languages.

A key requirement of the role is to ensure all reporting and the accompanying business analysis is accurate and delivered in a timely manner to bring maximum benefit to the business, while also managing and developing a team of 3–5 people.
