BI Analyst I: Power BI Reports & Data Insights

• Design and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools aligned with business goals and metrics
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify BI and analytics needs; fulfill ad-hoc requests and develop solutions to reduce recurring inquiries
• Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness within defined timelines
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines; provide summaries and visualizations to support stakeholder discussions
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, report logic, and business definitions
• Support project milestones through data-related tasks such as data mapping and dataset creation
