Role: BI Analyst
Experience & Education
- 1–4 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or MIS roles within fintech, banking, or payments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL for analyzing transactional and financial datasets
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Ability to design dashboards and MIS reports for:
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Strong command of Excel for financial analysis and reconciliation
- Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and data transformations
