This role requires conducting audits for compliance with FCRA, FDCPA, and PCI-DSS, analyzing quality trends, and recommending process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and be willing to work on-site with a shifting schedule. This position offers a salary range of 33,000 - 38,000 PHP basic with 2,000 PHP allowance.
