Beverage Shift Supervisor (Night Shift)

Job Description
We’re looking for a Beverage Shift Supervisor to lead and support beverage operations during the overnight shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) across a large hospitality environment. This role is hands-on and focused on delivering great service while ensuring smooth shift execution.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate beverage operations during your assigned shift
• Create and manage employee schedules and break rotations
• Ensure team members are delivering prompt, friendly service
• Monitor staff performance and enforce service standards
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for the shift
• Ensure employees are on time, in uniform, and following proper procedures
• Step in to support operations as needed
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Manage and track inventory levels
