About the Role

As our Beverage Manager, you will oversee every aspect of our beverage operation, including bar service, mixology, wine & beverage listings, inventory control, financial performance, supplier relationships, staff leadership, and compliance with New Zealand liquor licensing legislation. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Owners to deliver an outstanding guest experience while being part of a positive and supportive workplace culture where staff can grow and succeed.

Remuneration & Hours

Remuneration: $28.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Hours: Full‑time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, as per the roster.

Availability: Applicants must be available to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
