Job Title: BESS Sales Executive (Inverter & Battery Sales) Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and channel partners Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments Promote BESS solutions to increase market penetration 2. Channel Management Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors for inverter and battery products Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners Ensure partner engagement, training, and profitability Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets 3.
