Job Description: BESS Engineering Manager Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office) About the Role We are seeking a BESS Engineering Manager to serve as the technical lead for our rapidly expanding utility-scale battery storage portfolio. With a current footprint of 650MW and an aggressive roadmap to 1GW+, this role is designed for a technical expert who thrives on the full lifecycle of complex energy assets. You will act as the internal technical referent for the business, bridging the gap between design, procurement, and operations. You will move beyond purely grid-side tasks, taking ownership of the technical integrity of our BESS assets from the initial tender and technology selection through to commissioning and long-term performance monitoring.
