About the Role
The Benefits Specialist provides daily support to clients and employees via email and phone, managing key benefits administration processes such as Open Enrollment, Qualifying Life Events (QLEs), payroll deductions, disability claims, COBRA, and retirement. This role ensures KPI/SLA compliance while delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support employees via Zoom phone queue, email, and ticketing systems
Resolve inquiries related to benefits, payroll deductions, and billing
Process QLEs, enrollments, changes, and terminations
Manage payroll deductions and resolve urgent discrepancies
Support Open Enrollment, audits, and reporting
