We are AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of UT Campus, Hook 'em! *Individual MUST have AM and PM availability daily, shift typically run from 7AM-3PM and 2-10:

• 30PM Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose: To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.


• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist in the transport and storage of guests' luggage to guest room and conference center Assist with guest packages when needed To properly “log” all trips with guest luggage Responsible for a clean appearance of uniforms Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities To have pleasant conversations with guests about hotel promotional programs Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bell carts Answer phones in lower lobby when needed Welcomes and assists guests’ accor...
