Behavioural Support Assistant

Pay: £90-£120 per day
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 16:30
Contract: Full-time / Term Time only
Location: Hackney, East London

We're looking for a dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Behavioural Support Assistant Role:

Supporting pupils with SEMH needs
Working 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour
Helping implement behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies
Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, structured learning environment
Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and resilience
