A supportive Specialist School in Thatcham is looking for a committed Behaviour Support Worker to join their team immediately. The successful Behaviour Support Worker will provide support for pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioural support
• Encourage emotional regulation strategies
• Support pupils during classroom activities
• Build positive relationships with students
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff

Qualifications

• Experience in education, care, youth work, or mentoring
