We’re looking for a resilient and empathetic Behaviour Support Worker to join a secondary school in South Leeds from September. This is a full-time role supporting students at risk of exclusion, helping them stay engaged, feel understood, and find a more positive way forward in school.

The role
You’ll work closely with students who are finding school life challenging, often due to behaviour, emotional needs, or external factors. Your role is to step in early, build strong relationships, and provide the consistent support they need to stay in education.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about patience, trust, and showing up every day.
