This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs.

The role:

• Supporting students with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 and small-group basis

• Building positive relationships and acting as a positive role model

• Encouraging engagement in learning and promoting positive behaviour

• Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and emotional regulation skills

• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
