Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

We are recruiting dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Sherborne from September.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who require alternative provision due to:

Permanent exclusion or being at risk of permanent exclusion
Short-stay placements
Medical needs
SEND assessments and additional learning needs
The setting provides a nurturing, supportive environment where every student is given the opportunity to re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a PRU, SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision setting
A calm, patient and resilient approach
