Academics is recruiting for a full‑time Behaviour Support Assistant to join a welcoming two‑form entry primary school in Brighton from September. This rewarding role will involve providing dedicated support to a pupil with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage positively with learning, develop self‑regulation strategies, and build confidence within the school environment.

Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team, you will play a key role in supporting the child's social, emotional, and academic development.
