Schools run on relationships — and nowhere is that more true than in behaviour support. Teaching Personnel is looking for a qualified, experienced Behaviour Specialist to join a secondary school in County Durham from September 2026, in a long-term temporary capacity.
This is a role for someone who genuinely understands why students disengage, act out, or struggle to regulate — and who has the skills and experience to do something meaningful about it. You'll be working within an established pastoral and inclusion team, supporting some of the school's most complex students and helping to create an environment where everyone can learn.
