Pay Rate: £95–£105 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The Role

Balfor Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support pupils within an all-through school in Walsall. This full-time ongoing role involves supporting both Primary and Secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional behavioural support needs.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent classroom support, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils engage positively with education in a safe and structured learning environment.
