This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education and achieve positive outcomes.

This is not an easy role. Pupils have often experienced trauma, disrupted education and adverse childhood experiences. Some can display highly challenging behaviours, including verbal aggression, physical dysregulation and difficulties with emotional regulation. The successful Behaviour Mentor will understand that behaviour is a form of communication and will remain calm, consistent and compassionate, even during the most challenging moments.
