Are you a Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity supporting young people with SEMH needs? Can you inspire engagement, effectively manage challenging behaviours, and mentor young people who have faced barriers to education?  This school needs you! 

As a Behaviour Mentor at this school, you will be joining an outstanding team of teachers and support staff that are committed to ensuring every child has access to an outstanding education. You will be providing 1-2-1 and small group support, managing behaviours, inspiring learners and taking part in whole school activities.
