We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Loughton. This is a full-time, immediate start role supporting a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing both academic and emotional support throughout the school day.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  Work 1:1 with a pupil with SEN, supporting their learning and development

  Help manage and positively influence behaviour in and out of the classroom
