An outstanding special needs school in Uxbridge is seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to work with students who require additional support with their emotional and behavioural development.
The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement positive behaviour strategies.
Develop and deliver tailored interventions to help students manage their emotions and behaviour effectively.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment, helping students build self-confidence and social skills.
Act as a positive role model, guiding students towards improved behaviour and engagement in learning.
