We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work within specialist provisions in the Blackburn area, supporting students with SEND and SEMH additional needs.
This is a full-time, term-time only role offering a rewarding opportunity to support young people both academically and emotionally within a structured specialist setting.

Role Responsibilities

Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

Willingness to support students with SEND and SEMH needs
Minimum 24 months employment references with no large unexplained gaps
