About the Role

This non‑teaching position focuses on leading the development of behaviour support across the school. The Headteacher serves as the strategic lead, ensuring that this newly created role partners with the school to improve consistency, remove barriers to learning, and promote positive behaviour.

The successful candidate will line‑manage a Learning Mentor, working together to support pupils and embed effective behaviour systems across the school.
