North Star 240° is the secondary provision of North Star Academy Trust based in North Bristol, specialising in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We aim to be part of a joined‑up provision offering our pupils the outstanding education they deserve.

We are looking for a positive, experienced and committed individual to lead our engagement team. The Engagement Lead will support the School Leadership Team in promoting positive behaviour and developing consistent systems and practices so that students can learn in a safe and secure environment. The Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting our pupils to access learning, develop social and emotional skills, and fully engage with the school curriculum. Working closely with staff, external agencies, pupils, and families, you will champion an inclusive and personalised approach to behaviour and learning.
