The calm one. The steady presence. The person who can walk into chaos and help things feel safe again.

We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support staff to join a specialist setting in Harrogate, supporting pupils from KS1 to KS4 who’ve found mainstream education tough going.

Some students have experienced trauma. Some have been excluded. Some are carrying more than most adults ever see.

This role is all about relationships.

Showing up consistently. Holding boundaries without confrontation. Helping young people trust school again, one day at a time.
