**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students with special needs in a school setting. In this role, you will work closely with educators, behavioral specialists, and school staff to deliver educational and behavioral services that promote student growth and success.

The Behavior Technician plays a key role in implementing behavior plans, supporting classroom instruction, and helping students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.
