Behavioral Specialist - Intern

This is a highly responsible and professional position that will serve as a Behavioral Specialist-Intern at the Northeast Florida State Hospital. This position will collaborate with each section within the state facilities and be required to use independent judgement, take initiative in carrying out duties and responsibilities and should be extraordinarily detail oriented. This is work providing psychological assessment and treatment services to an inpatient adult population at Northeast Florida State Hospital as a doctoral psychology intern under constant clinical supervision of a licensed psychologist. All work is supervised by a licensed psychologist to include routine psychological hospital assessments, violence risk assessments, suicide risk assessments, forensic evaluations, and psychological testing (e.g., memory testing, personality testing, and intelligence testing). Treatment services include individual and group psychotherapy.
