We’re seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to work with students with behavioral and learning needs in K–12 school settings.

**?? Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide 1:1 or small group assistance to students
+ Follow behavior plans while encouraging positive behaviors
+ Collaborate with teachers and school staff
+ Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

**??** **Pay**

Competitive, dependent on experience

**?** **Requirements**

+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ TB clearance (if applicable)
+ CPR certification (if required)

**Preferred:**

+ 2+ years of experience working with children or in a school/pediatric setting
+ Experience working with special needs...
