We’re seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to work with students with behavioral and learning needs in K–12 school settings for the upcoming school year. Enjoy consistent weekday schedules and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with students and staff.

**?? Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide 1:1 or small group assistance to students
+ Follow behavior plans while encouraging positive behaviors
+ Collaborate with teachers and school staff
+ Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

**?? Schedule Options (Mon–Fri, School Hours)**

Choose what works best for you:

+ **Full-Time:** ~30 hours/week (between 7:45 AM – 3:20 PM)
+ **Part-Time:** ~6 hours/day within school hours
