**Amergis Staffing** is seeking dedicated and compassionate **Behavior Technicians** to support students throughout the **2026–2027 school year** in **El Cajon, California** .
**Position Details**
+ **Pay Rate:** $25.00/hour
+ **Weekly Pay**
+ **Start Date:** August 2026
+ **Hours:** 30 hours per week
+ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (School Hours)
+ **Assignment Length:** 2026–2027 School Year
**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of **1 year of childcare or caregiving experience**
+ At least **6–12 months of direct ABA experience**
+ Comfortable assisting with **toileting and diapering**
