Job Description
In-Home ABA Therapy!! PAID Training!! This candidate will have a passion working with children, specifically those with autism. The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the RBT will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Works 1-1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.Updates working availability in the EMR platform.Documents services performed in an accurate and complete fashion.Completes all assigned company training and submits proof and/or documentation as needed to maintain credentialing with payers.Communicates regularly with Client Adv...
