Our Employee Advisory Committee plans social and fun events for all team members!We provide you with a paid 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training! We also pay for your RBT application fee and exam fee, as well as renewal/recertification fees! Pay increases to $17.25 per hour within the first year that you receive your RBT certification!
