**This is an Independent Contractor position.**
**The Behavior Support Specialist** designs and directs the implementation of behavioral intervention plans which are individualized to each adults needs. The BSS will provide centered and family based treatment according to Child Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) principles. Services will generally occur at Day Programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.Devereux Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults and children with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for supporting children in the community as a part of our IBHS services.
