Behavior Analyst I (CASSI)

**Overview**



The **Behavior Analyst I** for the Achievements ABA (A-ABA) program at the Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation, will provide clinical services, clinical supervision, and case management as specified by the Assistant Director. The incumbent will participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff, and is responsible for behavioral assessment, intervention goal design aligned with the A-ABA approach, implementation of intervention and caregiver training, conducting ongoing data analysis, and ethical clinical decision making. In addition, the BCBA will provide supervision of Behavior Technician staff.
