This Behavior Analyst role offers the opportunity to focus on high-quality early intervention without the pressure of billable hour requirements. Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, protected supervision time, and paid documentation time—so you can fully support children and families while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With dedicated parent coaching time, strong administrative support, and a manageable caseload, this role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate, playful, and committed to ethical, assent-based care.
